In our Gastroenterology Division, we employ a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders of the digestive system. The digestive system includes the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, liver, pancreas and gallbladder. Our caring and skilled staff uses individually tailored screening and diagnostic procedures to help diagnose conditions in patients who are suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease, ulcers, diarrhea, abdominal pain, jaundice and cancer. Our "Colon Cancer Prevention Program" offers patients all appropriate screening modalities and lifesaving information on early detection and prevention of Colon Cancer."
Clifford Randolph Tillman, M.D.
Dr. Randy Tillman received a BA from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN in 1972. He went on to earn his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1976. Upon finishing his internship there he completed a residency in Vanderbilt's Department of Internal Medicine PGY2 and PGY3 in 1979. He was subsequently a Clinical Fellow in the Division of Gastroenterology PGY4 and PGY5 at the University of Florida School of Medicine in Gainesville, 1979-81. Dr. Tillman has been in private practice with Tillman Medical Group since 1981.

Kellen Jex, M.D.
Dr. Kellen Jex received a BS from the University of Mississippi in 2006. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Ms in 2011. He also completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Mississippi in 2014, followed by a year as Chief Medical Resident in 2015. He was subsequently a Clinical Fellow in the Division of Gastroenterology at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA from 2015-2018. Dr. Jex joined Tillman Medical Group with his Father-in-Law, Dr. C.R. Tillman in 2018.
